The DEHE-06A model serves as a manually operated extractor designed for beekeeping purposes. It facilitates the processing of six frames per operation, with the frame orientation being radial.

Our product range includes both manual and electric extractors, available in diverse sizes ranging from 2-frame units featuring either a hand crank or a compact motor drive, up to radial units capable of holding 24 frames. Models with varying capacities cater to different needs, with the selection typically influenced by factors such as cost considerations and the annual honey processing volume.

Following the filling of frames with honey and the subsequent capping with wax, the frames are carefully removed from the hive and transported to an area screened from bees. An uncapping knife is employed to delicately slice a thin layer of wax, preserving the integrity of the combs while revealing the honey beneath. These prepared frames are then placed into extractors of different sizes, where they undergo a spinning process. This centrifugal force causes the honey to be expelled from the cells, collecting at the bottom of the tank. Subsequently, the honey is extracted for storage or further processing.
